Privacy Policy

JES Advisory, with operations coordinated from Guayaquil, Ecuador, acts as controller for data submitted through this site. Privacy inquiries may be sent to jpinargote@jes-advisory.com.

We may collect name, company, job title, email, phone, country, interest area, message, language, lead source and evidence of consent. We do not request special categories of personal data.

Data is used to answer inquiries, evaluate collaboration opportunities, maintain related communications and protect site security. Processing is based on consent, requested pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, legitimate interests compatible with the professional relationship.

Inquiry data will be retained for up to 24 months unless a legal obligation, contractual relationship or valid request requires a different period.

Data may be processed by providers strictly necessary for hosting, email, security or authorized analytics. Appropriate contractual and security measures will be pursued for international transfers. JES Advisory does not sell personal data.

Under applicable law, including principles of Ecuador's LOPDP and the GDPR when relevant, individuals may request access, rectification, updating, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent.

Reasonable validation, access control, minimization and communication protection measures are applied. No system guarantees absolute security, and controls will be reviewed as the service evolves.
